Paris treats her clients with respect, integrity, and compassion. She tailors the property search as per her client's needs. While driving to properties she asks for her client's feedbacks on properties and appreciates that it takes encouragement especially for first-time buyers to purchase a property. She invests research behind every property she shows to her clients.

She values both her first-time buyers and investor clients as she believes in real estate as a stable type of investment. Customized Client Service is the foundation of her business model.

Paris has both local and international clients and she accommodates clients' real estate inquiries regardless of different time zones.

She can refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, lawyers, notary, etc and pave the path for you.

Sellers Services

Give Paris a call regarding your property and she will show up at your door equipped with comparative market analysis research and pricing strategy.

Once you list with her, she will be fully engaged and focused on marketing your property. She offers complementary cleaning service(s), hires professional photographer & videographers,  provides decluttering advice (her favourite! lol), covers social media, has flyers designed, throws agent and VIP open houses. She has English, Chinese & Farsi speaking support ...  She accommodates showing requests promplty and is present at the open houses and last but not least she will negotiate the highest value for your property.
